Now you are on the site, and now you need to find the page where you will be able to download, to do this click on "Platforms" in the menu at the top of the screen and look for the desktop version and click on "MetaTrader 5" and you will get to the right page.
You will find the orange button that says "Download MetaTrader 5" and this will start the download process. You may have to specify the folder where you want to download the file (for installation), but if the download starts automatically, it means that the file will be downloaded to the standard folder (it is specified in the browser settings).
